Bullrun explores our way of seeing through the lens of surveillance. The body of work uses material from the 2016 Rio Olympics, Looney Tunes cartoons, and satellite videos while revolving around a surveillance program of the same name used between 2010 and 2013.

Big leaps in technology often happen because of a state interest in control and security, but these tools eventually become mass market and inform how we watch each other in roles that entertain us. In looking at the things we create as entertainment, we get a glimpse of how powerful groups watch us.
